In order to a document to be certified by the Consulate General of the Republic of Angola, please note the following steps:
  • The document should be translated to Portuguese Language by any official translator.
  • The translated document should then be certified by the notary public of Hong Kong.
  • After certification, the document needs to be sealed by the Hong Kong High Court.
  • The applicant needs to fill in an application form from the Consulate of Angola for a Document Certification.
  • Finally the document can be submitted to the Consulate of the Republic of Angola.

Timescales:
  • For Document Certification Mon to Friday from 9:30 to 12:00
  • The application can collect the Document after two (2) working days.
