- Passport which is still valid for at least one year with at least two free pages for affixing the visa.
- Three forms have to be completed, in printed letters, and signed by the passport holder.
- Letter of invitation signed by a resident in Angola with the signature certified by the Angolan Public.
- Notary including the copy of the Angolan ID card, or a letter issue by a company / organization registered in Angola, in case of a company / organization letter it, should include copy of the company registration and duly stamped and certificed by the Angolan public notary and Ministry of Foreign Affairsm to be send to Fax no. (+852) 3101 0682 / 3101 0873.
- Documentary evidence of means of support, through presentation of an amount equivalent to US$200 for each day's stay in Angola, by means of photocopies of bank account statements.
- Photocopy of Identity Card of the applicant of the visa.
- Photocopy of travel ticket or documentary evidence of flight reservation (outward and return).
- In respect of minor children, affidavit or responsibility of the guardians, with certified signatures, original and photocopy of travel ticket and passport of accompanying person (when none of the parents and involved).
- 3 current passport-type photographs in colour (attach photographs).
- Vaccination to be sumitted at the Airport in Luanda: Yellow fever.
