Luanda, Angola, 26 July – Mozambican flagship airline LAM is due to launch its third weekly flight between Maputo and Luanda, as part of the expansion of its international routes, the company said in a statement published in Luanda.
According to a statement from LAM's Marketing and Communication Department, the increase in the number of flights by LAM to Luanda was the high point of the airline’s participation in the 27th edition of the Luanda International Fair (Filda).
Another attraction that the Mozambican company presented to its customers in Luanda was the sale of tickets on the Internet, as this is an new service in the Angolan market.
LAM, which was set up on 14 May, 1980, provides passenger, cargo and mail transport to domestic, regional and international destinations.
The 27th edition of Filda, which began on 27 July, closed Sunday. (macauhub)
