WORK VISA

• Four (4) passport-type photographs.

• Three (3) forms fully completed, in printed letters, and signed by the passport holder.

• Two (2) Photocopies of a passport which is still valid for a minimum of 18 months.
  

• Criminal record certified by the Consulate (original and a photocopy of the duly certified criminal record).

• Medical Certificate, issued by the respective health centre, certifying that the applicant is not suffering from an infectious / contagious disease (certified by the Consulate) (original and photocopy of the duly certified Certificate).

• Declaration of compliance with the current laws in the republic of Angola (with signature By the Consulate General) {original and photocopy of the duly certified Declaration).

• Letter from the contracting company sent to the Consul General requesting the working visa (original and copy certified by the Angolan Notary Public).

• Work contract drawn up by the contracting company in Angola (original and two photocopies).

• Certificate of academic or professional qualifications (certified in the Consulate) (original and three photocopies of the duly certified Certificate).
• Curriculum Vitae (original and two copies).

• Two (2) photocopies of the license of the contracting company in Angola.

• Two (2) photocopies of the diary of the Republic containing the publication of the establishment of the contracting company.

• Two (2) photocopies of the D.A.R - document of collextion of the Income tax (up to date).

• For visa application Mon to Friday from 9:30 to 12:00

• The applicant can collect the visa after minimun period of 45 (fourty five) working days
